A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Fridge was 4C; freezer was -16C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. Single use cloth towels are being used in the washroom facilities. At the end of each day, the towels are laundered. Ensure the towels are laundered separately from personal items, they are done using hot water & soap, and high heat setting in the dryer.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles had concentration of 200ppm.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; and stored 6" off the floor.
- No expired foods being served. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- Residential dishwasher present with a sanitizing cycle. The sanitizing cycle must be used to ensure bacteria numbers are lessened to prevent illness.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- All in order.
