No Violations Observed: - Sanitizer solution set up in three compartment sink at concentrations of 100ppm Chlorine - Paper towel dispenser in staff washroom functional NOTE: Sanitizer dispensing unit is still in need of repair however not a requirement as long as facility continues to use and test chlorine solution in third compartment. Either sanitizer solution (QUAT based or Chlorine based) is acceptable.
