Corrective Action(s): Ensure potentially hazardous foods are held at a temperature of 60C or above. Staff discarded quinoa, new batch to be made.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure QUATs surface sanitizer is at 200ppm. QUATs solution replaced during inspection and now at 200ppm. Verify concentration using test strips.
