Observation: High temp dishwasher reached 67C at the final rinse cycle
Correction: Ensure high temp dishwasher is able to reach 82C at the final rinse cycle as per your spec sheet. Call your repair technician. Until it has been repaired, wash and rinse your dishware in the dishwasher and MANUALLY sanitize them in the three compartment sink (100ppm bleach solution for a minimum of 2 minutes).

Obtain a waterproof thermometer and/or thermolabels to verify temperatures in the dishwasher.
