Call your repair technician. Until it has been repaired, wash and rinse your dishware in the dishwasher and MANUALLY sanitize them in the three compartment sink (100ppm bleach solution for a minimum of 2 minutes). Obtain a waterproof thermometer and/or thermolabels to verify temperatures in the dishwasher.
