Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One 20kg bag of flour had rodent chew marks on it.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed underneath the food storage area and in the electrical closet. A pest control company is onsite monthly, report reviewed during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Clean droppings with a bleach solution and continue following the recommendations of a professional pest control company. Discussed structural pest control measures inside and outside the premises.

Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
The walk in freezer was at -10 C. Monitor to ensure that the temperature goes down to -18 C.
Sink plugs available for the 3-compartment sink and chlorine test strips were onsite.
Bleach sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests, traps were in place.
Staff are FoodSafe level 1 certified.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
