Observation: Several packages of retail food items had gnaw marks and/or holes with obvious signs of rodent contamination. The noted items were removed from shelves for disposal.

Observation: Food debris was noted on the floor of the back storage area. Dry food items were spilled due to damaged/contaminated packaging. The entire area is cluttered and difficult to monitor for pests.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the back storage area to remove all food debris that is attracting pests into the facility. De-clutter and reorganize the back storage area to allow for monitoring of pests. Date to be corrected by: Oct 20, 2020

Observation: Overall sanitation of the facility is lacking. Washroom, back storage area, under shelves of retail space, corners, behind coolers, and around chest freezer at the back had build up of food debris and dust.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the premises thoroughly and develop a regular sanitation schedule to maintain the facility in good sanitary condition. Date to be corrected by: Oct 20, 2020.
