o Hand wash stations are fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers
o Staff/client washrooms appear clean and are fully supplied for hand hygiene; facility uses single use hand towels.

Storage Temperatures
o Cold holding Coolers are below 4C
o Cold holding Freezers are below -18C
o No hot holding at the time of inspection

Food Processing and Food Protection
o Cooking - Temperatures are being monitored with probe thermometers (e.g. for turkey dinner)
o Cooling - Temperatures are being monitored; thermometers in the coolers

Maintenance and Sanitation
o 2 Compartment Sink is fully supplied with bleach sanitizer
o Dishwasher - Final rinse temperature is 71C at the plate surface (70.8C). Hot water, commercial dishwasher.
o Sanitizer bottles/buckets - have >100ppm Chlorine (>1000ppm Chlorine - operator diluted during the inspection with water). Ensure that spray bottle is working.
o Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
o Condition of equipment and surfaces - food contact surfaces (counters) are in clean condition and good repair.
o Pest control - there are no signs of pests at the time of inspection.
o Sanitation Plan - Operators have a sanitation plan in place
-Laundry for cloths are done on site.
