Routine inspection conducted. Facility was not in operation at this time:
Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. *Note: Do not use chemical pesticide.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 72C at the plate level.
2 compartment sink available. *Note: locate the drain plugs that came with the sink for manual dishwashing.
Bleach sanitizer was not available at the time of inspection. Continue to prepare 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer before each shift.
Coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezer measured at -18C or less.
