Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Observed front hand washing sink by cashier station to have running cold water only. Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand washing sink is fixed to allow for hot and cold running water and is adequately stocked with liquid soap and paper towel. Violation Score: 5

Aisles maintained in a sanitary condition. Drinks (Coffee, Slushie) station maintained in sanitary condition. Cleaned and sanitized per manufacturers instructions. Two-compartment sink available in back. Area in front of sink obstructed - clear area for easy access. Ice Machine in sanitary condition. Coolers in front measured at or below 4C. Walk-in cooler measured at or below 4C. Freezers in front temperature at or below -18C. No pest issues observed during inspection. No food preparation at facility.
