Inspection conducted to assess the facility following its recent renovation. - Renovated as per approved plan. - Handwashing stations all adequately supplied. - Coolers and Freezers operating at required temperatures of 4'C and -18'C. NOTE: All coolers, freezers and warmers were emptied during the renovation and to be restocked prior to reopening tonight. NOTE: All temperatures will be rechecked as per facility's food safety plan prior to restocking. - 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles and in dishwashing sink. - Professional pest control company contracted. A few drain flies observed in the dishwashing area. - Ice machine satisfactory. Scoops stored in proper manner. Facility is approved to reopen (drive-thru, delivery and curbside services only) tonight, pending the final cleaning/sanitization of all prep surfaces as discussed at this time. Dining room will remain closed for another week. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
