Observation: Observed stand-up freezer along the hallway adacent to office to measure at 0C. Staff informed parts are ordered and awaiting arrival prior to fixing the freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Service the stand-up freezer to measure at -18C or lower. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in freezer until it has been serviced. Corrected by: July 1, 2024.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
Service: Assisted living. Staff to provide cooked meals to residence.

2-compartment sink available. 2-compartment sink also is used as handwashing sink. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottle at 200ppm. Domestic dishwasher available. Ensure domestic dishwasher cycle is on high-temperature setting.
Stand-up domestic cooler & freezer combo measured at 4C and -18C respectively. Stand-up cooler/freezer combo in office measured at 4C and -18C respectively.
Dry storage is in office and observed to be in sanitary condition. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure that domestic dishwasher is on high-temperature setting not heat dry setting to ensure sanitation of equipment are met.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
