Immediately. Food must be dispensed by a proper equipment (e.g., a scoop, ladle, a spoon) as well as must be stored in a sanitary manner.

Observation: Dishwasher found to be broken at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Repair the dishwasher.

Observation: One spray bottle with cleaning agent was not labeled at the time of inspection (at a bar).

General sanitation is acceptable but required attention in some areas (see violation sections).
Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

100 ppm Bleach solution is available in spray bottle (front).
Ventilation hood - satisfactory.
Note: Professional company provides services every 6 months.
Traps are set and empty. Kwality Pest Control provides services monthly.
Washrooms clean; with adequate hand washing stations.
Dry goods stored in plastic bins and off the floor.

Note: Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized every morning before any food prep. starts.
Note: Manual dishwashing must be done for now (clean and sanitize the clean compartment of the sink and set it/ Chlorine solution must be 100 ppm).

- Low temperature dishwasher must be checked every day by test strips.
- Paper towel must be available at the bar (napkins and regular towel are unacceptable).
