Introduction

At the inspection dated November 12 , 2020 there were 0 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. This inspection and the risk assessment were written off site and a copy was provided to the facility.
