Routine inspection:

Hand wash stations throughout processing/packaging areas provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Staff washroom hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Mats with disinfectant available for foot wear at entry points to processing/packaging area.
Employees wear clean lab coats and hair/beard nets.
Chemical storage in a designated locked room.
pH of final product is less than 4.6. In house testing done for pH.
Microbiological testing done on final product.
General sanitation is excellent. Floor drains available in production area to capture any water on the floor.
Batch and surge tanks for syrup cleaned and sanitized with an acid sanitizer on a regular basis.
Clean in place for all large equipment.
Utility sink available for cleaning small equipment/utensils.
Filtered air used to clean bottle prior to filling.
Warehouse area clean and organized. All food products stored off the floor.
Pest control services in place.
