Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records were up to date. Hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The sanitizer solution had 704 ppm Lactic Acid. No evidence of pests. The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. The ice machine is cleaned every two weeks. Staff are FoodSafe Level 1 certified. General sanitation was satisfactory.
