Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-SSZO-C57TW6: - Mouse droppings have been cleaned, removed, and the following areas have been cleaned: shelving under the ice bin has been discarded, in storage room, table under the hot holding unit. - General sanitation has improved. The following areas have been cleaned: - shelving under the ice bin has been discarded. - floor under the single door cooler in the dining area. - storage wall has been patched. - table under the hot holding unit. - bottom compartment of the deep fryers have been cleaned with de-greaser. - floor under the cooking line - stove burners - Menu has been limited to 80 at this time. Menu may be expanded if improvements are made in future inspections and approval is given by the health inspector. Discuss with the health inspector for improvement plan. - The exposed pipe underneath the front counter has been covered. ***CLOSURE ORDER has been rescinded. The restaurant may reopen for business.
