Facility to reopen after shifting over due to renovations
Sushi bar has been built as per approved plans
2 hand sinks supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
4 display coolers surrounding sushi island measured from -2C to 1C while empty. Be sure to never overstock these coolers as the air curtain will become ineffective
Quat sanitizers at both 3 compartment sinks dispensed at 200ppm
Test strips available for checking
*Notes: check concentration with solution at room temp, and avoid bubbles. Your test strips must be held in solution for 10sec
Sushi prep cooler measured 0C to 2C between the 4 doors

*Note: new door seal jamming slightly. Please fix so door doesn't get left open
