Code 302 noted on Consultation inspection # JSAS-BZNTGB of Apr-01-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Multiple wiping rags on counters without a sanitizer reservoir available. Correction: All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine, 1 tea spoon of bleach per 1 litre of water). Code 303 noted on Consultation inspection # JSAS-BZNTGB of Apr-01-2021 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: Hot water supply not available at any sink fixtures. Correction: Replace hot water tank and provide a hot water tank with increased capacity to ensure adequate hot water supply can be maintained during all times of premise operation.

Comments

Wiping rags in use stored in containers of 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. New hot water tank replacement installed. Voltage upgraded to improve heater recovery. COVID-19 Protocols: - High touch surface disinfection schedule in place - 1000 ppm chlorine (20 ml bleach / 1 liter water) identified as high touch surface disinfectant - COVID-19 Safety Plan - hard copy on the premise available for review. Closure Order complied with and now rescinded. Premise may re-open when ready.
