Observation: Facility does not have did not have hot water.
Correction: Handwash stations must be accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.

Observation: Facility currently does not have hot water. A plumber will be on-site to repair/replace the hot water system.
Correction: Facility must have hot water in order to clean and sanitize and to allow for proper staff hand hygiene. Facility has been issued a Public Health Act Closure Order
Comments

-Follow-up inspection to Public Health Act Closure Order issued November 13, 2024. Facility was closed due to no hot water.
-Hot water system has been repaired and hot water is now available for cleaning and sanitizing and for handwashing.
-Ensure facility always has access to hot and cold running water when in operation.
-Facility has met the conditions of the Public Health Act Closure. Closure Order has been rescinded and facility may resume food preparation and full operations.
