[s. 14(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pre-made sandwiches, pizza subs and coffee creamers stored in the display cooler measured with an internal food product temperature of 7.5C. The ambient air temperature for the display cooler measured at 7.5C. Operator stated those products were in the cooler for a couple of days. Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforementioned food items. Do Not store any potentially hazardous food in this cooler until it can maintain an ambient air temperature of 4C or less.
