Routine inspection: beer brewing and alcoholic beverage blending operation. Pest control services in place. Multiple traps setup for monitoring pests. No evidence of pests at time of inspection. Warehouse clean and organized. All food products/ingredients stored on pallets or shelves. Silos for grain stoage at exterior of the building secure. Reminder to clean this area on a regular basis to prevent pest activity. Premise sanitation is satisfactory. Note: organization aware of condensation issues and continues to address/find solution. Clean in place of equipment (including resuable kegs) using a caustic solution or an acid solution. Lot/date codes system in place for product/packaging. No issues or concerns at this time.
