Routine Inspection: - hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - 200ppm chlorine bleach available - 3 compartment sink available; not in use during inspection - Under-counter coolers were 4C or lower - Hot holding was 60C or higher - Upright cooler was 9.4C - Operator stated this was due to recently adding hot items into cooler - Operator must ensure to keep an accurate temperature log and have it available at all times - Ice machines were in good condition - No pest activity was observed during inspection - General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
