Wiping cloth submerged in adequate sanitizer for milk frother - remind all staffs
Meat slicer is usually cleaned after use, recommend placing a sign to indicate whether the slicer has been cleaned or not
Milk thermos are maintained in sanitary condition, new scrub obtained to properly clean
Most of the cleaning has been done but discussed with owner that deep cleaning has to be completed more thoroughly
New manager onsite is Foodsafe Level 1 trained, however most staffs including new manager is going to get trained again at the end of the month
Office area has been reorganized, old fly traps removed
Food products are lifted off the floor in walk-in cooler
Dishwasher unit is now being tested daily, records available

Pending issues:
- revise the existing Sanitation Plan so that the equipment and areas are designated by day of the week and staff for cleaning; create a column for manager to initial when checking if cleaning has been done properly
- submit the temporary Foodsafe Level 1 certificates of staffs in Burnaby when course has been completed successfully
