Follow up inspection to the October 19 inspection as a result of ongoing rodent infestation in Storage Room 4 of Guildford Mall: - Although the unit was practicing good storage practices at the previous inspection the Health Inspector observed the facility to have 3 bagged food items (flour and rice) on shelf and not in pest proof container. Facility MUST have any food item in storage unit in pest proof containers. Staff explained that the delivery came today and was delivered to stock room. Have deliveries come to back unit or have bagged food items placed into pest proof containers IMMEDIATELY. These items can not be left on the shelves indefinitely. Any violations made in Storage Room 4 DIRECTLY IMPACT the storage units neighbouring restaurants. ALL TENANTS of Storage Room 4 must work together to eliminate the rodent infestation.
