Observation: No approved disinfectant (Chlorine-based) present at the front of house area. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 0ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare chlorine-based disinfectant measured at 100-200ppm in a spray bottle and have it available at the front of house to disinfect food contact surfaces. Chlorine-based spray bottle preparation was corrected at the time of inspection. Service low-temperature dishwasher to measure at least 50ppm chlorine. Use 2-compartment sink method to clean and sanitize equipment and dishes until the dishwasher is measuring at least 50ppm chlorine. Corrected by: June 2, 2021.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Tables and chairs are spaced at least 2m apart to ensure proper physical distancing. Customer information are collected for contact tracing purposes and held for at least 30 days. NOTE: Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work. Have signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottle and chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 100ppm in the back kitchen area.
All cold-holding and hot-holding units met temperature health requirements.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Meat slicer in sanitary condition.
No signs of pest observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
