100ppm bleach sanitizer available; please make a habit to test for chlorine test sanitizer daily before use.
No potentially hazardous food stored on counter at time of inspection.
More scoops obtained for bulk food items; demonstrated to operator again that scoops should be stored handle part exposed.
UV insect device has been relocated to the back instead of being stored next to rice cooker.
Back door closed.
Multiple rice scoopers used at time of inspection. Operator has purchased ice machine and will be placing it in restaurant for beverage and ice water bath use.
->Operator proposed to remove the live tanks (not in use) and place the over counter ice machine there. No concerns.
->Grease still needs to be removed, operator will complete by weekend.
