Stirrer rinse sink functional and available for use. 3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. 200ppm quats dispensed at 3 compartment sink. 200ppm quats available for use in container with wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. No cold potentially hazardous foods stored in display case. Temperature monitoring log maintained and available for review. Permit posted in plain view of the public.
