All handsinks are fully equipped.
All coolers at 4C or below.
All freezers at -18C or below.
High temperature dishwasher measured at 72C during the final rinse cycle - good.
Chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottles - bleached out the test strip which indicates the concentration was too strong. Ensure to mix 1/2 tsp of bleach with 1L of water. The bleach was mixed with more water and was measured at 200ppm. Sanitizer spray bottles were labelled "SANITIZER" at the time of inspection.
Vent hood in sanitary condition. Operator stated that it was cleaned once after store opened and he will soon call a technician to get it professionally cleaned.
Monthly pest control monitoring by Pest Check. No physical report was available but operator stated no pest acitivity was reported by the company. Ensure to obtain a report with observations and recommendations from the pest control company.

Corrective items from the initial inspection report were all addressed:
- Door sweeps have been installed.
- Paper towel dispenser units have been installed at the front.
- Drain plugs for 2 comp sink are available.
- Hole in the wall is sealed.

Operator stated that he has consulted with the City of Burnaby Fire department regarding the cooking procedure with the changed menu and was told there is no concern.
