At the inspection dated May 8, 2023, there were 1 children and 2 staff present.
At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. Actions required by the licensee and actions required the LO included here.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
The following was discussed:
-Discussed having sanitizing solution and soap and water, prepared prior to providing care.
-Ensuring that previous sign in, sign out forms are readily accessible.
-Table heights are not set to accommodate School Age children, recommend at least one table be raised.
- Discussion with Manager about being familiar what may not be accessible within their computer database should the wifi be down and ensuring there is a back up should that information be required to be accessed.
-Having a parent handbook on site for parent or Licensing Officer to be able to review (i.e. site specific information such as emergency location, etc).
