Comments

Store:
-Dairy cooler was at 3C.
-Warehouse walk-in coolers were at 4C.
-Warehouse walk-in freezer was at -19C.
-Store area cooler were at 4C or less.
-Store freezers ranged from -9C to -20C.
-Sprouts were stored at 4C.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Random selection of foods were within their best before dates.
-Canned foods were in good condition.

Meat Department:
-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Display cooler was at 6C (middle of defrost cycles). Temperature records indicated no concerns with cooler unit.
-Meat saw and grinder stored in the walk-in cooler and broken down for cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the day.
-Cutting table sanitized after each use.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
