Comments

Conducted inspection to re-open after fire.
- Professional cleaning is done, fire suppression system is checked by Great west fire department (reports are submitted)

Due to noted violations closure order is not lifted at this time.

Address all noted issues and contact the area inspector to schedule an inspection.
