Seasonal opening inspection. Premises not in operation at time of inspection 2 fully self contained deep fryer units observed in place **2 non commercial deep fryers observed in place. Check with the city to verify these are acceptable to use in their concession. Ensure Food safe coverage is in place when in operation *Ensure monitoring logs are recorded daily when in operation and records kept.
