Follow-up inspection:
- 50 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer dispensed from the dispenser. This is a outstanding violation. 200 ppm chlorine sanitizing spray bottle available on site. Ensure chlorine sanitizing spray bottle is used until the dispenser is able to dispense 200 ppm quaternary ammonium. Obtain test strips for quaternary ammonium.
- Prep cooler near the hand washing station did not maintain an ambient air temperature of 4C or less. This is a outstanding violation. DO NOT store any potentially hazardous food in this cooler until this cooler is able to maintain an ambient air temperature of 4C or less.
- None of the staff on site has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate at the time of inspection.
