Observation: Under counter cooler below frozen beverage station has water pooling and is in unsanitary condition.
Corrective action: Adequately clean and sanitize cooler. Proper sanitation is necessary to prevent food contamination.

Follow-up inspection:
- The hand washing station beside the cash registry had been unclogged and provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats solution available in buckets and in cups.
- No knives stored in the knife holder at the time.
- Under the counter cooler with water pooling is not being used. No pooling of water observed in the cooler.
