Initial Inspection: Premises built according to plans. All coolers were < 4 Degrees Celsius . All freezers were < -18 Degrees Celsius Quats sanitizer solution was at 200ppm . Hand sinks supplied with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels Permit fee made payable to Fraser Health in the amount of $137.50 received. Health Approval granted on the condition that the shelving in the back is installed within one week.
