Comments

At the inspection dated March 2, 2021 there were 5 children in the care of the Licensee. An extension to the written response had been granted as requested due to licensee's circumstances. Photos ( 4 ) taken to illustrate current layout and condition of the space with copies provided to the licensee. A follow up inspection will take place to inspect the yard once completed.Licensing completed a walk through of the entire home as required for In - Home Multi Age programs , it was noted that access could be gained only after dogs were removed from the area, the plan as put forward by the licensee was not in place.
