* Improvements noted since last inspection * Dishwasher was serviced and final rinse was 74'C/165'F or hotter at plate surface * Sanitizer was available at work areas including at coffee bar where milk steam wand can be sanitized between use * Wiping rags were found stored in sanitizer (quaternary ammonium sanitizer at 200 ppm) * Paper towels were available at hand washing stations, however paper towel dispensers were missing still; operator to install * Update all cleaning/temperature monitoring records and maintain * Note: ownership change pending; application for ownership change was submitted for review/approval * Follow up inspection to be done for ownership change, etc.
