Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There is no more liquid soap at the hand sink near the kitchen entrance.
Corrective Action(s): Replenish hand soap (and batteries if needed) to provide liquid soap. Liquid soap provided during inspection. Also note that staff can use the other hand sink near window or in dishwashing area and disposable gloves are worn by food workers in addition to hand washing.

Manager on site has Food Safety training.
Coolers at 4C or colder, including prep cooler under hot holding display.
Freezers - good (<-18C).
Lots of cold storage and freezer space.
Temperature records are kept (make sure records stipulate C or F).
Reviewed hot holding and delivery of food to K-gr 1 classes.
Reviewed temperature control for lunches taken off site.
Hand washing sinks have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels with exception of one sink - see above.
Quats sanitizer in spray bottle - 200ppm.
Commercial dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse - 180F/82C or hotter on final rinse water gauge and temp inside machine >71C/160F. Temperature records kept.
Premises is cleaned routinely and is well-organized.
