Follow up inspection:
Prep cooler was re-serviced according to the manager. Prep. cooler was at or below 4C (0.2C for the upper component and 2.8C for the lower middle component) at the time of inspection.

Permit fee payment in the amount of $125.00 was provided via a cheque made to Fraser Health from the effective date June 6, 2022 to March 31, 2023 (current fiscal year).

Health approval to operate from Fraser Health was granted at the time of inspection; this approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other government agency.
