High temperature dishwasher now at 73.7 deg C No new rodent droppings observed in any of the previously mentioned areas (kitchen, dry storage basement area) Spoke with the president, who has contacted a construction company for a consultation regarding the installation of sinks inn the large dishwashing room. Until then, ensure all pots are washed/rinsed/sanitized off the floor, as the floor is dirty and will contaminate all of your pots. Prior to any installation of the sinks, contact your district EHO.
