Correction: Ensure to empty out the machine and scrub clean/sanitize the inside surface as discussed at this time. [CORRECT BY: FEB 11, 2022]

Following up with CODE 301. Corrected. Ice machine has been scrub-cleaned and sanitized using bleach solution as advised. Another follow-up inspection to be conducted for facility's overall sanitation level on Feb 25, 2022. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
