Observation: Spilled pop syrup in the back storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the spilled pop syrup under the syrup dispenser in the back storage room. Spilled pop syrup could attract pests if not cleaned up.

Coolers were 4 degrees C or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees C or less.
Hot holding units were over 60 degrees C.
Food display and storage practices are good.
Food handler hygiene appeared satisfactory.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer (spray bottles): 200ppm
Organization of storage areas is satisfactory. Discussed with operator about making sure new stock is put away as soon as reasonably possible.
General sanitation is satisfactory except as noted above.
Chemicals are stored in a safe manner.
