2.Food delivery bag being stored on top of toilet.
Corrective Action(s):
1.Ensure to clean all hard to clean areas regularly. Correction required in one week.

2.Do not store food equipment on contaminated surfaces and in the staff washroom. Clean and sanitize delivery bag before use. (CORRECTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION)
