At this inspection, there were 10 children and 4 staff present. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following was discussed with the manager:
Snack preparation activity with school age children and COVID-19 prevention measures
Removal of wipes with DIN numbers in the first aid kit - not to be used on children in the event they have an allergic reaction
COVID-19 audit completed on Dec. 4, 2020. The contents of this report was discussed with the manager and emailed on Feb. 4, 2021.
