Routine inspection conducted. Facility primarily is a warehouse and is generally maintained in excellent sanitary condition. Back section of warehouse has a designated re-packaging area mainly for spices. Scoops used for spices are hung up when not in use and washed / sanitized in the two-compartment sink.

Two-compartment sink at the back stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
Labelled bleach spray bottle for re-packaging area was initially >> 200 ppm - EHO demonstrated proper dilution procedure for spraying down food contact surfaces including weigh scales and tables - 1 teaspoon per litre of water
Temperatures: -12C, -10C, -23C for walk-in freezers from left to right, and 2C for walk-in cooler
All items inside warehouse elevated off the floor and in original containers / packaging
No evidence of recent pest activity at time of inspection
