Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of all coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Freezers at or below -18C
- Hot holding units at or above 60C
- Temperature logs maintained and found up to date.
- Cold potentially hazardous food stored at room temperature are time tracked and discarded after 4 hours.
- Handwash sink and 3 comp dishwashing sink present and found satisfactory.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in the sanitizer pails and 3rd sink for sanitation.
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Permit posted at the front.

Follow up on previous routine inspection:
- 3 broken tiles in the walk in freezer have been replaced with sealant and the surface is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.
- Oil spill under the shelving units in dry storage has been cleaned.
