Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cut kiwi, mangoes, and strawberries were stored in the cooler inserts at 15C at the front counter. Operator confirmed that the fruits were prepared yesterday afternoon.
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded the chopped fruits and agreed to keep the new batch in the bottom compartment to prevent temperature abuse in future. One sample container of fruit will be kept in the insert for display -this is NOT to be served to the public.

Routine inspection of the food premise conducted. The facility is in good sanitary condition.

Temperatures:
Front preparation cooler: 1C
Walk-in cooler: 3C
Walk-in freezer: -20C
Dairy cooler: 2C
Yogurt machines: 3C
All units have accurate thermometers.

Sanitation:
All hand sinks (including washrooms) are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
3 compartment sink is equipped with plugs.
Sanitizer pails and bottle had 200ppm chlorine residual.
Ice machine was in good sanitary condition. Scoop stored upright to prevent contact of the handle with ice.
Yogurt machines are cleaned and sanitized every 7-8 days using the appropriate chlorine sanitizers.
Overall, sanitation excellent.

Pest Activity:
No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.

Administration:
Operator has a valid FoodSafe level 1 certificate. Valid until August 3, 2024.

COVID Safety:
Plan is made and available on site.
Maximum occupancy is posted.
