Light fixtures are covered. Electrical power - available.
Pepsi (3-doors) cooler at 3.2 C.
Counter top cooler at 3.2 C.
Chest freezer at - 18 C.
Small domestic freezer at - 18 C.
All storage shelves - clean and empty.
Prep. area/tables - clean.
Storage containers - clean and empty.
New gas stove under a new fan hood.
Note: New smoke detector on the ceiling above the stove. However, a fire suppression system on the ventilation hood as well as the premise fire sprinkler system are unavailable.
Therefore, as per previous inspection reports: No frying or heavy cooking in the premise.
Note: No food on site at the time of inspection.
Thermometers for cold units - available.
Equipment/utensils - clean.
Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot/cold running water.
Two-compartment sink - satisfactory.
Three-compartment sink - satisfactory.
Staff washroom - clean; hot/cold running water & liquid soap and paper towel - available.
Bleach surface sanitizer at 100 ppm (in spray bottle).

Front:
Hot holding table and display case are turned off/will be not in service.
Beverage cooler - satisfactory.
Water cooler dispenser is turned off at the time of inspection.

COVID-19 safety measures:
- Some signage regarding COVID-19 at the main entrance posted.
- Maximum occupancy for the premise is posted.
- Markers on the floor (2 meters of physical distancing) - available in the premise.
