Observation: No hot water available for hand washing/dishwashing at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): .
1) Hot water tank must be repaired/replaced to ensure hot water is available at all times. If necessary a second tank must be installed to ensure hot water to all dishwashing and hand washing sinks is maintained at all times.
2) Leaking hot water tap at dishwashing sinks to be repaired/replaced to make sure that it completely, and easily, shuts off and does not continuously drain the hot water tank.
