Corrective Action(s): Ensure pest control is in place, thoroughly inspect the facility for all entrance points for rodents such as under the back door, the large hole under the dishwashing sink. Repair all areas that rodents can enter. by Feb 5

Observation: Rodent droppings found throughout the facility including behind the mixer, beside the freezer, around flour bags, on almost every storage shelf in the dough making area ,under dishwashing sinks and back storage shelves
Corrective Action(s): Discard all contaminated food, containers and products that cannot be washed and sanitized. Wash and sanitize with a bleach solution all surfaces, dishes, food contact surface, floor, equipment

Comments

-Rodent droppings seen throughout the facility. An extensive walk through was done with the manager to point out all food, food equipment that needs to be cleaned, take out containers that need to be thrown out as well as all areas of concern.
-Closure order issued at time of inspection
-Pest control was in 2 days ago to place traps, they will return on monday
-Manager wants a re-inspection at 4pm today so they can potentially re-open
